Shipping and delivery
Where is my order?
If you have not yet received your order and think that you should have by now,
you can check the ship date on your order. Log onto your account and Click 'My
Account' and then 'Order History'. Next click your order number to get details.
Here you can check your order and when it was shipped. All order are shipped
UPS standard ground and should take 3-5 business days to arrive after the ship
date.
Delivery Time
All orders placed before 4 p.m will be processed the next business day based on
availability of your items. All orders after 4 p.m will be processed the
business day after that. Your Order Details will be updated with a shipping
date as soon as your order has been shipped. You will also receive a
confirmation e-mail after placing your order. If you want your order shipped
overnight or via another route of delivery, please call our 1-800 number with
your order. 1-800-227-3988 (U.S. only)

Please make sure UPS delivers to your shipping address before ordering. These

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned undeliverable. If we receive an
undeliverable package back, we will credit your account for the items
sent back, minus the shipping and handling fee.
Return and Replacements
No
Returns, exchanges or refunds.
If
you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service with details
on the item, your name, mailing address and order number, and we will send you
a replacement.
If you received an
incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service with details on the item,
your name, mailing address and order number, and we will correct your order.
Using Your Account
Important:
Women?s Sports Foundation employees will never ask you to provide sign-in
passwords or credit card numbers.
You do not need to be registered to browse through
our merchandise. You will, however, be required to create an account at the
time that you place your first order.
Registering/Logging In
Important:
Please make sure your e-mail address is current before you register with the
Women?s Sports Foundation. We will use this e-mail address to
contact you should you forget your password.
To get started click "My Account" and then "Register
"or click link below and fill out the form and click submit.
Register Now
Please be sure to use a secure password, your
password is the key to your account. Below are helpful tips to help keep your
account secure and prevent others from guessing your password.

Use at least 6 to 8 letters including numbers and
special characters.

Do not use simple words that can be found in a
dictionary.

Don?t use any personal information that others can
easily obtain such as: your name, you partner?s name, a birthday, favorite food
or color.

Do not use a password that contains part of your
e-mail address.
If you have already registered but wish to log into
your account, click My Account or the link below and type in your email address
and password and click submit to Log in.

Forgot Your Password?
For security reasons, the Women?s Sports Foundation
cannot tell you your current password. However we can help you set up a new one
by resetting your password. Once you enter your email address and click submit,
we will reset your password and email you the new one. You will then be able to
log onto your account and reset your password to whatever you wish.
Forget Your Password
Changing Your Password or Contact Information
If you ever wish to change your password, such as in
the event your password was reset, go to My Account and click the Change
Password link My Account
To update the email address or contact information on
your account, sign into your account using your e-mail address and password and
click My Account and then the Update Contact Info link. If you change your
e-mail address, all order histories, contact info and communications will be
associated with your new e-mail address.
Sign Out
Be sure to sign out of your account if you are using
a public computer. This can be done by clicking theSign
Out at the top. This will make your contact information
and password inaccessible to anyone using the same terminal after you.
